The scripts for processing the raw data for modelling are those staring with “00_” while data processing are those files starting with “01_”, the model itself is run by the “02_”. The scritps should be run in the following order.

1. 00_cleaning-dhs.R
2. 00_cleaning-maize.R
3. 00_cleaning-boundaries.R
4. 00_cleaning-locations.R
5. 01_maize-model.R
6. 01_maize-aggregation.R
7. 01_combining-data.R
8. 02_inla-loop.R
